Michelle is the Director of Digital Strategy and manages the PR360 Studio. She advises on best practice, trends, audience segmentation and tailored strategy for the online environment.
Part of the leadership team at PR360, she has over ten years’ international experience in digital communications, working for clients in Ireland, New Zealand, the UK, Germany and Brussels.
Along with developing and launching brands, rebranding organisations, and creating successful public awareness campaigns using digital technology, Michelle has presented in the European Parliament on social media usage and its importance to successful election campaigns.
Previously, Michelle has created, developed and activated numerous digital campaigns in the regulatory space, including managing the digital channels for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet during New Zealand’s State of Emergency for Cyclone Pam.

Michelle has a Masters in Public Relations from DIT and she holds an international honours degree in Economics from UCD, having spent a year studying French in Belgium.
