Rosemary joins PR360 having completed a Fulbright Scholarship at US Ivy League university, the University of Pennsylvania.
A qualified solicitor, Rosemary has extensive knowledge of the Irish public law and regulatory landscape, and will leverage these skills for PR360’s healthcare, financial services, education and representative clients.
Prior to being awarded a Fulbright Scholarship, Rosemary worked as an Associate at leading law firm, McCann Fitzgerald. There, she represented a range of high profile commercial and public sector clients operating in the healthcare, food and agriculture, banking and finance sectors. Working as a litigator, Rosemary has advised clients facing regulatory investigation and has represented clients in contentious litigation, settlement negotiations, and dispute resolution.
Rosemary has extensive research experience and her work on complex legal and policy issues has been published in academic journals, both domestically and internationally. She was Editor-in-Chief of the Hibernian Law Journal and Production Editor of the Trinity College Law Review. Having represented Ireland internationally at the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, Rosemary is also a confident public speaker and advocate.
Rosemary holds a law degree (LL.B.) from Trinity College Dublin and a master's degree in law (LL.M.) from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a qualified solicitor in Ireland, as well as England and Wales.
